great sqm price with big units in an old but upscale building with perfect maintenance. good sized Gym and Pool between the towers and Sauna is available. the green space is fantastic and gives you the feeling of living out of the city. Many small back roads to cut the Bangkok traffic.

This condo is inherited from my dad, and I moved here after marriage. My dad bought it since it was newly built a long time ago. Now he's moved back to the country with my mom and running the business instead. Before I moved in, I have decorated and renovated a new condo to make it more livable. Usually, this condo is decorated in a modern style. So I repaired and renovated some damaged spots. I newly painted white color. New painted color, making the room spacious, opened, and airy. The white color of the room contrasts with the black floor gives it a modern look. As for the furniture, I use to select the white color in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. For the kitchen, the project provides wood and stainless steel furniture for convenience and ease of cleaning. It is designed to have a good proportion of use. Besides, there is a large window to gain sunlight, wind, and fresh air. Getting to the condo by private car is easy and convenient. There are several routes to enter the condo. It is also close to the main route, such as Thonglor Road, that can connect many routes. The BTS is also close to the condo. Anyway, I do not recommend walking because it is far away as the distance is about 1 kilometer more, but it would be more convenient to call a motorcycle taxi. Anyway, I have no problem with this part because I use a private car.
